2D INSPECTION
The need to inspect electronic components and assemblies non-destructively is the main driver behind the development and advancement of the X ray inspection technology.
We offer 2D Inspection services in which complete layout i.e. 2D dimensions can be measured on the scanned data of component/ tooling.
Our systems are based upon state-of-the-art area image sensors and can perform many micrometric-precision checks on parts with an unprecedented speed. They use multiple image sensors integrated in fixed positions across the product structure to cover the entire measurement range.
Information for quantitative and qualitative composition can then be used to provide more detailed diagnostics, eventually helping to deliver a product that is much better than the industry standards.
